Hi, my name is Amrita. I'm 17 now, and I still trip over a straight road while I'm walking.
I write songs about life and feelings. It's a way I process the million and one things going through my mind all at the same time. I have been lucky enough to try and pursue this crazy dream of mine. It hasn't been easy, and I've come to realise that nothing is but I couldn't have gotten this far without the support from my friends and family, and you of course :)
I am mesmerised by sunsets and attracted to words. Yeah, I read the back of cereal boxes while having breakfast… I also have a tendency to think too much and overanalyse everything. I can be rather quiet sometimes, so I hope you're alright with the silence.
I don't know what I actually should be writing here as my 'biography', and telling you about all my little achievements would make me feel as if I'm showing off.
"I go to seek the Great Perhaps" as Francois Rabelais once said, and I'll enjoy the journey just as much as I think I'll enjoy the destination.
Thank you so much for all your kind words and support for my music. I say it a lot, but I hope you know that I mean it every time. I cannot wait to share more of my songs with you and hopefully an album someday.
