Arabella Jones has accomplished more by the age of 19 than some artists do in a lifetime. As her star continues to rise, Arabella could not be happier to share her signature sound with the world. Her vocals are edgy and powerful, with outlaw country and southern rock influences, but she still manages to let her femininity shine through, setting her apart from the crowd.
Realizing the power of today’s social media, Arabella launched her YouTube Channel in 2011 where she began posting videos of her original songs and covers of her favorite country artists. Before long, her YouTube channel had surpassed 500,000 views and tens of thousands of subscribers! With a fan base growing, much attributed to her charming personality showing through on YouTube, she soon was verified on Twitter amassing over 70,000 followers. Arabella says that her online followers have been an inspiration through her budding musical career and she loves sharing her life with them through videos and social media.
Though her early inspirations range from Shania Twain to Carrie Underwood, to Johnny Cash, she is also drawn to the edgier side of today’s country. Her live performance and raw energy have been compared to the undeniable talent of Miranda Lambert and a female version of Eric Church and Brantley Gilbert. Arabella wants to remind the world that females can rock just as hard as the guys can. “Women often get labeled as ‘girly music’ but I’m here to show that our music can kick ass and speak to anyone, no matter who you are! It’s time to break down some boundaries.”
