Kerry Harvick Biography

As a young girl, Kerry Harvick entered a talent contest in Comanche, Texas, where someone outside her family commented, "You should do something with her." Living on her family's farm in a small town in Texas, she grew up performing at local Oprys, then moved to Nashville at age 19 to pursue a record deal.

She landed a slot on Live at Libby's, a radio show that helped launch the careers of Tracy Lawrence and Jo Dee Messina. Her voice caught the attention of manager Don Light, which led to a publishing deal at Cal IV Music. She co-wrote John Michael Montgomery's "Til Nothing Comes Between Us" which reached the Top 20 in 2002.

She released the single "Cowgirls" on Lyric Street Records in 2005.
