• The release of Candy’s newest project, a 10 track CD entitled Comin’ Home, was celebrated at the Missouri State Fair on August 13 and 14, 2012. Two singles from the CD have already done well on the Music Row Radio Charts!
•Passionate about bringing her best to every performance, Candy’s southern rock country show includes original selections from her latest recordings such as the new Comin’ Home CD and the Lucky CD which was produced by Mega-Producer, Joe Scaife (producer for Montgomery Gentry and Gretchen Wilson).
• Candy’s show has supported many nationally recognized artists at venues and events from coast to coast. Since 2008 her tour calendars have been consistently full throughout each year, averaging over 150 dates per year and taking Candy from coast to coast for Major State Fairs, Festivals, Corporate Events and Clubs, sharing the stage with many highly recognized artists, including (but far from limited to) Montgomery Gentry, Blake Shelton, Brooks & Dunn, Josh Turner, Little Big Town, Lady Antebellum, Charlie Daniels Band, Miranda Lambert, Gary Allan, Zac Brown Band, Darius Rucker and Bret Michaels. Her 2010 schedule included a 15 major city tour for “Susan G. Komen for the Cure” which started in Boston and ended in Seattle.
•Candy regularly interviews with radio, television and print media during which she speaks to support the venues and sponsors that work with her. Candy recently appeared on "Fox and Friends" and on nationally syndicated Better TV, along with many local appearances.
•Candy sang the National Anthem at NASCAR in Charlotte, NC in October 2011. (http://youtu.be/Fjh2n-G7FXk) She appeared at the Daytona 500 for the U.S. Air Force in February, 2012 and has also enjoyed many other opportunities to perform at other racing events across the country.
•Her “Lucky” CD features songs written by Candy as well as songs written and co-written with Candy by some great writers in Nashville and Texas.
•Candy’s first three singles from her sophomore cd (including the title track, "Rev It Up") were very successful on the Texas Music Chart, remaining at the top of the chart for several months for each single.
•The Anheuser-Busch True Music Concert Series has sponsored Candy for the fifth year in a row beginning in 2012.
• Beginning in 2011, Texas Roadhouse began a partnership with Candy. They added several of Candy’s singles to Texas Roadhouse jukeboxes, where they continue to play in regular rotation for all Texas Roadhouse restaurants across the country.
•In 2009, Candy released her breast cancer anthem, "Pink Warrior." Candy is very excited to be a part of the effort to fight against breast cancer and has been honored that her song is considered an official anthem for Susan G. Komen for the Cure. Since 2009, Candy has acted as a Komen for the Cure Celebrity Ambassador and has also worked with many other breast cancer awareness groups.
•In addition to Anheuser Busch and Susan G. Komen for the Cure and Texas Roadhouse, other notable supporters include Sennheiser, Carvin, Massage Envy, and Planet Smoothie.
•Candy was one of the contributors in Indy-Car star, Sarah Fisher’s new book 99 Things Women Wish They Knew Before Getting Behind the Wheel of Their Dream Job .
