Chantele DiBrava is an American Singer/Songwriter, currently residing in Edgewater New Jersey. She describes her music as “Jersey-Americana”, which is her northeastern take on Roots, Americana, Country and folk Music. Her musical influences include Loretta Lynn, Tom Petty, Bruce Springsteen, Elvis, Janis Joplin, Bill Withers and Johnny Cash
Chantele has gained a solid following on social media due to her “DiBrava Hotel” video series. In these videos, she sings soulful covers of classic songs, from Hotel rooms and truck stops around the New Jersey area. Her new Endeavor, “The American Trilogy” is a series of three albums that she’s releasing within the 2013-14 calendar years. The First album, “The American Way” was released in early April 2013 and includes the Single of the same name. The next album “Mama Was Born on the 4th of July” will be released in mid-August 2013.
Chantele writes the majority of her songs on acoustic guitar and also plays Harmonica, Ukulele and Fiddle. Her album “The American Way” was recorded in her home with many of the instruments being played by Chantele Herself.
