If you're lucky enough to be in the room when Danielle picks up an acoustic guitar (an instrument she swears she doesn't play) and starts singing a song, you'll be a fan for life.
Her easy-going passion draws you into a place where only the song matters and you feel you are inside it with her watching the world outside.
In the last year Danielle Greenwood has been the lead singer of Branded, a country cover band that plays the New England bar scene, headlining shows as well as opening shows for national acts in clubs like The Hard Rock Cafe and Toby Keith's I Love This Bar and Grill. She has also recorded her own EP of original songs for Jackson Road Music.
Born in 1987, Danielle has been a singer since the age of 3. At five she sang "Somewhere over the Rainbow" for her first full audience and was hooked. She hitched her star to her parents car and did the talent show circuit where she always finished in the top three. Ever in search of more places to sing, she joined her Church Choir and school chorus and was chosen to be part of the All Eastern Region, All State, and the All New England concert series. Always looking for a bigger audience, Danielle sang the National Anthem at the Boston Red Sox Fenway Park at the age of 13.
When she decided she could get more time on the stage if she acted too, she joined "The Bradley Playhouse" and "Kids on Broadway Productions."
Wherever there is a spotlight Danielle will be.
At 24, Danielle is enjoying her time singing with Branded and looking forward to the release of her first EP and the first single and video for the song "My Smile." As always, she can't wait to see what musical opportunities the future will bring.
