About Frans Schoeman
Frans Schoeman, a senior partner with the Joubert Schoeman Law Firm began practicing law in 1990. With expertise in the areas of corporate, commercial, and business law, he is highly motivated and has an impressive career to show for it. Schoeman attended the University of the Free State from 1987-1990 where he obtained his Baccalaureus Procurationis degree in order to qualify as an attorney in South Africa. While in school, he was a member of the Student Legal Society. Upon graduating, he became a partner at Joubert Schoeman Attorneys.
Schoeman's endeavors didn't end there as nine years later he joined the Hofmeyr Herbstein $ Gihwala Inc as an attorney practicing law in various fields of expertise. He became legal director at TG Minister Group in 2001 overseeing due diligence, construction of complicated legal mergers, acquisitions, drafting, negotiation of contract procedure issues, and general legal advise. In 2003, Schoeman was admitted to practice in the High Courts of RSA. Beginning in 2005, Schoeman added more to his resume as an MD at Phatsima Diamond Corporation running mine concessions in Angola. Less than a year later he subsequently became director of this corporation.
Schoeman has been endorsed for various skills including legal research, commercial and civil litigation, negotiation, corporate law, international law, and dispute resolution to name a few.
