Jeremy Vincent Garrett, (1976-04-02) April 2, 1976 (age 36), U.S.A.
Jeremy Vincent Garrett (born April 2, 1976) is an American actor and model.
Jeremy had wanted to be an actor since he was eight years old, but really got into acting regularly in high school, his greatest passion being the drama club. After landing roles of as Algernon in "The Importance of Being Earnest", as well as in several one-act plays. His drama coach thought he was so good, he encouraged him to continue. Jeremy supported himself by modeling professionally before even acting. While modeling was paying the bills, he continued to pursue his dream of being an actor. He auditioned mostly for the theater.
He also performed at the La Jolla Playhouse in a festival of plays that took a look at racial bigotry, and in "Jason's Mask" at the Old Globe in San Diego, as part of the Young Playwrights Festival. He portrayed an alpha-jock who's something of a prankster. He got to guest-host KPBS TV in his own native San Diego, for which he garnered a Regional Emmy nomination. He broke-through with his very first television acting job on the series "Hang Time (TV series)" portraying a former all-state star-player for Deering who's now managing a restaurant and sexually harasses Mary-Beth. But the part that got him in the public eye was replacing actor Ryan Bittle in the plum role of Todd Wilkins, longtime boyfriend to Elizabeth Wakefield in the TV series adaptation of "Sweet Valley High."
After the "Sweet Valley High" was cancelled (due to incredibly low ratings), he got to work on other things. Jeremy had the opportunity to guest star in episodes of "Buffy the Vampire Slayer (TV series)", "Nick Freno: Licensed Teacher" and "Sabrina the Teenage Witch (TV series)". He also landed a regular stint as Clay Logan on the short-lived period western-drama "Legacy (TV series)." His most recent role was the TV movie "Lies and The Women We Tell Them To."
His hobbies include writing, architecture, golf, basketball and running. He is an avid photographer and plans on making that a side-career as well. He's an especially big fan of George Michael and the music of Wham!.
