Mark Leach's album "With Love From Tennessee" was recorded in Nashville in January of 2013, with the help of Greg Herrington (Martina McBride’s drummer), Shawn Tubbs (guitarist for Carrie Underwood), Mark Childers (bass player for Carrie Underwood) and keyboardist Brandon Fraley. Chad Jeffers contributed pedal steel, lap steel, mandolin and dobro to the tracks. For Mark, the experience was surreal. “We recorded the album in Mark Childer's home studio. I remember stepping into the vocal booth surrounded by these incredible musicians, and just thinking to myself there’s no way this is real. They started playing ‘With Love From Tennessee’ and it was like hearing it for the first time.”
With the album completed, Mark and his band are currently concentrating on expanding their tour dates, writing new songs and adding even more fans to their already-active and enthusiastic “Blue Collar Nation” audience. It’s all part of a career trajectory that Mark hopes will have no limits while keeping them solidly grounded in their roots.
“We’re truly blue collar,” the singer says proudly. “We’re just regular guys from Ohio working our butts off. I’m sure a lot of guys out there can relate, and we want to be the voice for those guys. We’ve shown that we’re here to stay, and we’re serious. Now’s the time we get to prove it.”
