Garth Brooks will perform a Jan. 26 concert at the Staples Center in Los Angeles to raise money for victims of recent fires in California and for the future of firefighting in the state. Additional details, including ticket information, will be announced Monday (Nov. 26). According to a spokesperson for the singer, California elected officials approached Brooks for his help in raising money for those affected by the recent fires. Said Brooks, "I'm flattered they've asked, and I'm honored to accept. This is going to take a team effort like nothing I have ever been a part of before."
