Dec. 2014 NOMaD is chosen as the Fiat USA BandPrix winner for the Country Genre. Grand Prize consisting of a sizable monetary prize, a Reverbnation Pro Pack, and a live Google hangout sponsored and promoted by Fiat.
Oct. 2013, NOMaD is voted and selected as the winners of the Buffalo Trace Bourbon "Battle of the Bands" beating out 400+ other artists across the nations by fan vote taking home a sizable monetary prize and future endeavors working with Buffalo Trace Bourbon.
In 2013, NOMaD partnered with Fireball Whisky, D'Addario Strings, Planet Waves, Evans Drumheads, and Sabian Cymbols.
Oct. 2012, NOMaD is voted and selected as the National Mello Yello "One Track Find" Competition Grand Prize winners after a four month, five phase online competition, composed of two voting phases, two judging phases, and one video shoot phase that ended up being used in the final voting phase of the five finalists. The Grand Prize consisted of sizable monetary prize and future use of their music for Mello Yello products.
Selected to showcase at their first Dewey Beach Music Festival in Dewey Beach, DE in September 2012 where they also had the honor of being included on the Festival's compilation CD.
Chosen to perform in 2012 in Kosovo in support of our Armed Forces through a private organization (trip needed to be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances overseas)
Continues to have great regional airplay support, some national, and considerable international airplay with release of their first single "American Boy" from their newest release, reaching as high as #2 on the UK ECMA charts and #3 on the Norway ECMA charts.
Released self-titled, independent, sophomore release in November 2011 to great success and fanfare at the Meadows Racetrack and Casino in Washington, PA.
Slowed touring schedule for the first quarter (only) of 2011 to complete work on their self titled second release, the followup to their much praised debut “Born And Raised”.
Signed to and completed seven month run (two renews) at the brand new “Main Stage” venue at Bally’s Atlantic City on New Year’s Eve 2010-2011 while continuing with their touring elsewhere.

Performances and relationships with major sports organizations incl. Pittsburgh Steelers, Pittsburgh Penguins, Pittsburgh Pirates, University Of Pittsburgh, Wilkes-Barre Penguins, Steubenville Stampede, and more.

North Of Mason Dixon, aka NOMaD, made a tremendous splash on the regional country scene in 2005 after placing third in a highly publicized, country showdown competition; Since then, this steadily climbing, beyond high energy act has garnered a great deal of success and shows no signs of slowing down.
Supporting over 100 national acts like Brooks and Dunn, Toby Keith, and Rascal Flatts (to name a few), being solicited by several major tourist destinations such as Atlantic City, NJ, Ocean City, MD, Rehoboth Beach, DE, and the Poconos, having performed as a featured artist at some of their areas biggest events and venues (Dollar Bank Jamboree, First Niagara Pavilion, and the Pepsi-Cola Roadhouse, Pittsburgh Light Up and First Night, Atlantic City New Year's Eve), successfully navigating the fair, festival, casino, and corporate circuits, and performing for such organizations as the Pittsburgh Steelers and the Pittsburgh Penguins, this Pittsburgh based band delivers a refreshing and unique sound they call "Hard Rockin' Modern Country" that defies any other description.
NOMaD released their debut CD "Born and Raised" charting with their first two singles “North of Mason-Dixon”(#78) and “Meet Me at Midnight”(#82). Following this release, the band was chosen as Kenny Chesneys ‘Next Big Star’ and shared the stage at Heinz Field with Chesney, Keith Urban, Gary Allen, Luke Bryan and Leann Rimes. Leading up to their sophomore release, NOMaD signed a 6 month deal as the house band on the ‘Main Stage’ venue at Ballys Casino in Atlantic City, NJ. After this run and a few line up changes, the band released their ‘Self Titled’ album in early 2012. NOMaD released the first single ‘American Boy’ to rousing success. Setting the tone for the rest of the album, American Boy charted in the top 100 in the US, and had international success charting as high as #2 on the ECMA Charts in England, and #6 in Finland. NOMaD has been featured and performed on nationally syndicated radio shows and continues to receive local and regional airplay. This innovative band combines infectious lyrics and melodies with the energy, passion, and ambition that promise to carry them far beyond the Mason-Dixon line and solidify them a spot in the music industry of the future.
