Paul Donald Justin (born May 19, 1968) is a retired National Football League quarterback.
Justin, a graduate and football standout at Arizona State University. He was a productive starter for 2 seasons. In 1989, he threw for 2,591 yards with 17 TD vs. 10 INT but followed with a bit of a down year in 1990, throwing for just 1,876 yards with 10 TD vs. 10 INT.
He was initially a 7th Round pick by the Chicago Bears in the 1991 NFL Draft. He played with three different teams in his NFL career: the Indianapolis Colts (1995-1997), the Cincinnati Bengals (1998), and the St. Louis Rams (1999-2001). Prior to his time in the NFL, Justin was the starting quarterback for the Arizona Rattlers of the Arena Football League in 1993 and the Frankfurt Galaxy in 1995.
