Sarah Peacock is a powerhouse singer/songwriter originally from Atlanta, GA. She has just concluded her second cross-country tour of 2012 and has performed over 250 dates this year. Sarah Peacock has most recently appeared at venues and festivals such as The Mohegan Sun and the Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta main stage. Her new song “Hurricane” (written as a tribute for Sandy victims) was featured on the CBS Morning Show NYC on November 13th, 2012 (link to performance below). Money from iTunes sales of “Hurricane” will benefit the NJ Hurricane Sandy Relief Fund. Also amidst Hurricane Sandy aftermath, Peacock performed a concert in Red Bank, NJ raising nearly $1,000 for Bon Jovi’s Soul Kitchen. While on the road during her latest tour (spanning 46 states including Alaska, 30,000 miles, 5 months, and 132 shows), Sarah Peacock has been producing her sophomore studio effort,“Albuquerque Sky.” She was featured earlier this year on Nashville’s Music City Roots with Barry Waldrep performing the title track. The record will release in January 2013. Other appearances include features on Comcast, WGN, Me.TV, various FOX affiliate shows and radio stations across the country.
