Born in Elkton, MD in 1961, Terry was a rising star to the music scene at an early age. It wasn't until 1991 he began taking on the recognition for his solid signature country voice that was captivating audiences all over the Southwest Virginia and upper Tennessee Region. At the time Terry's career was taking form, tragedy struck with the sudden loss of his mother. In a dedicated performance at the Rich Valley Fairgrounds in Rich Valley, VA. just 2 weeks later, he shared with the audience how difficult it was standing on the stage performing knowing his mother was supposed to be in attendance. One that is still considered his most powerful shows to date. Still dealing with the passing of his Mother, a new marriage and baby on the way, he chose to step out of the spotlight and put his music career on hold to raise a family. In 2006, he returned to music for a brief period releasing his debut album and single titled "When Leann Says Goodnight" before tragedy struck again. He once again pulled away from music to spend time with his ailing Father who passed away a short time later. Since 2006 Terry has been out of the circuit spending time with family, until now. After 9 years and the resurfacing of his title song "When Leann Says Goodnight" receiving internet airplay in the U.S. , UK, India, and many other countries, he's making one last attempt at a career that has spanned over 20 years. With new material such as Eye To Eye, When I'm With You, Marlee & Me, and 7 other originals to follow, country music fans are assured to be far from disappointed.
