About WC Edgar
In a not so perfect world filled with a facade of pretty faced boy bands with absolutely no
?substance and lame reality 'idol' shows filled with bad karaoke shower singers stands a guy a six foot three who's paid his dues in country music.
From touring Australia in 2008 to a standing ovation from over 10,000 fans in
Craponne France in 2009 to a whirlwind ten shows in 10 cities in 10 days in Spain to seven trips to France in less than six months Nashville recording artist singer songwriter WC Edgar is the real deal.
After moving to Nashville in February of 1989 WC became close friends with many singers and songwriters including but not limited to Tracy Lawrence, Daryle Singletary, Tim McGraw and many more....
His bio reads like a who's who in Country Music and he's played steel guitar for
everyone from Alan Jackson to Tim McGraw, Dale Watson, Ty England, Marty Haggard, Jeff Carson, Johnny Lee, Whitey Morgan, Lucky Tubb, Leroy Van Dyke, the cast at Nashville's Opryland USA 'Country Music USA Show' plus countless others....
As a new artist he's well on his way as he'll be recording, producing & releasing his 4th self penned CD this fall on his own label. Other self penned CD's include 'Alcohol Of Fame' 2007, 'Old School Survivor' 2011 & 'Non-Conformist Deluxe' 2014.
WC Edgar's music is played on thousands of stations around the globe daily including but not limited to Pandora, Spotify, Rhapsody, iTunes, XM, Direct TV Channel 811 Honky Tonk Tavern and many more with the list growing every day.
Just for the record, WC drives an American made Chevy Truck, drinks Budweiser beer and is endorsed by Martin Guitars (Made in the USA).
As long as there are artists like this still making records, I'm a happy Camper

?He's mastered the sounds and idioms of Country Music in it's rhinestone heyday of
?traditional Country Music, one that sparkles with fiddles, steel guitars & tales of drinking too much and loving too hard.
