If you shoot anywhere that is not a public location, you need the written permission of the owner or manager. This includes private homes, businesses, schools and government buildings. - Music Sync License
Fill out and submit this form for each piece of original music you include within your movie. DO NOT USE COPYRIGHTED MUSIC THAT SOMEONE ELSE OWNS.
