Austin City Limits Festival

stages and over 130 bands, the state capital comes alive every September as music fans from all walks of life come to hear
some of today's top artists from all genres.
State Fair of Texas
The state fair of Texas is held every fall and draws more than 3 million visitors annually to the 277-acre campus
of Fair Park. It is the largest exposition in North America and features prize livestock and horse competitions, Big Tex,
Fletcher's famous corny dogs, big name entertainers and the annual Oklahoma University-University of Texas and Grambling-Prairie
View football games. And don't miss the huge midway with the Texas Star Ferris wheel. It's the tallest in the Northern Hemisphere
and one of the largest in the world.
Willie Nelson's Family Picnic
Willie Nelson's Family Picnic on July 4 is coming back to Texas and takes place in San Antonio for the first time.
Nelson began his Fourth of July picnics in 1973 and this year will feature Merle Haggard, Pat Green, Ray Price, Los Lonely
Boys, Asleep at the Wheel, David Allan Coe, Ray Wylie Hubbard and Billy Joe Shaver.
