2009 CMA MUSIC FESTIVAL - SCHEDULE OF EVENTS

the following itinerary to insure you see the live shows, country stars, celebrities and more that will make this a memorable
trip to Music City.

CMA Global Artist Party - The Stage on Lower Broadway at 6 p.m.
Artists from around the globe are slated to perform including Australians Kristy Lee Acres,
the McClymonts and Peter McWhirter. George Canyon and Alex J. Robinson will represent Canada alongside New Zealand's Ashley
Cooper, Ireland's Colm Kirwan and Lucie Silvas of the UK. This show is free with preference given to four-day CMA Music Festival
ticket holders.

AristoMedia Global Showcase - Second Fiddle on Lower Broadway at 3 p.m.
Free show hosted by Robert Reynolds features up-and-coming artists from around the world including
Pierre Lory of France, Brianie and David Bradley of the UK, Norway's Tore Anderson, Rolf Fritschi of Switzerland, Australia's
Dianna Corcoran and Codie Prevost of Canada.

The Grand Ole Opry - Opry House at 7 p.m. and 9:30 p.m.
The show that made country music famous celebrates the CMA Music Festival with a star-studded
lineup including Carrie Underwood, Trace Adkins, Lorrie Morgan and more. Visitors will need to purchase tickets for this event.

Third Annual Country Weekly Fashion Show - Wildhorse Saloon at Noon
This is where the runway meets rockin' country. Stars strut their stuff and perform their songs
to benefit Musicians On Call, an organization which brings live and recorded music to patients at Nashville's Vanderbilt University
Medical Center. Artists will be confirmed later. Tickets must be purchased for this event.

CMA Music Festival Kick-Off Parade - 2 p.m.
Singer Rodney Atkins is the grand marshall of this year's kick-off parade which includes appearances
by Deborah Allen, Lynn Anderson, Katie Armiger, Mandy Barnett, Bo Bice, Bomshel, Caitlin & Will, the Carter Twins, Jeff
Cook (Alabama), Brad Cotter, Sarah Darling, Due West, Dan Evans (The Biggest Loser), Colt Ford, the Grascals, Halfway
to Hazard, Heartland, Ty Herndon, Steve Holy, Jypsi, Kate & Kacey, Sammy Kershaw, Brenda Lee, the LoCash Cowboys, Lonestar,
the Lost Trailers, Justin Moore, Megan Munroe, the Oak Ridge Boys, One Flew South, Michael Peterson, Collin Raye, Ricochet,
Rio Grand, Brady Seals, Sunny Sweeney, Trent Tomlinson, Trent Willmon and Chris Young. NASCAR drivers Jeff Burton and Robert
Richardson will also be featured.

CMA Music Festival Block Party - Sommet Center at 3 p.m.
Performers to include Trent Tomlinson, LoCash Cowboys, Jason Michael Carroll, The Lost Trailers,
James Otto, Emerson Drive, Eric Church and Rodney Atkins.

City of Hope 19th Annual Celebrity Softball Challenge - Greer Stadium at 7 p.m.
Country music's hottest stars and other celebrities compete for nine innings in the name of charity.
Artists confirmed so far include Carrie Underwood, Montgomery Gentry, Josh Turner and more. Fans will need to purchase tickets
for this event.

Alan Jackson Concert- Cadillac Ranch at 8 p.m.
Free concert is open to the public but will be limited to 1,000 fans. Admission to the show will
be on a first come, first served basis. Wristbands for entrance will be distributed at the front doors of Cadillac Ranch beginning
at 4:30 p.m. Doors will open at 6:30 p.m., and the show starts at 8 p.m.

Marty Stuart's Late Night Jam - Ryman Auditorium at 10 p.m.
This is an annual event for nocturnal country music fans who enjoy true musicianship and impromptu
performances. Look for performances by host Marty Stuart and the Fabulous Superlatives, the Oak Ridge Boys, Tanya Tucker,
Connie Smith and bluegrass group Cherryholmes.

Riverfront Park Daytime Stage - Riverfront Park from 9 a.m. - 6:30 p.m.
This stage is free and open to the public. Artists scheduled to perform include the Bellamy Brothers,
Diamond Rio, Neal McCoy, Heidi Newfield, James Otto, Randy Rogers Band, Ashton Shepherd, Phil Vassar and Chuck Wicks.

Features performances by Jimmy Kish, John Carter, TelluRide, Razzy Bailey, KC Johns and Amanda
Marsh.

Courthouse Park - Public Square from 12 p.m. - 5 p.m.
This outdoor show is free and open to the public and features local bands, beer, food and more.

VAULT Concert Stage - LP Field begins at 7:30 p.m.
The first of the nightly shows of the 2009 CMA Music Festival includes performances by country
stars Dierks Bentley, Brooks & Dunn, Julianne Hough, Reba McEntire and Brad Paisley. Plus, CMT will award one lucky section
special CMT Music Awards buckles.

Martina McBride hosts the YWCA Celebrity Auction which gives fans the opportunity to bid on memorabilia
from their favorite country artists.

Durango Acoustic Corner - Nashville Convention Center from 11 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Features performances by Brian Stace, the Roys, Justin David, Divas of Daytime TV, Billy Gilman,
John Arthur Martinez and Will Clements.

Third Annual CMA Fan Social Sponsored by CMT - Secret Location from 3 p.m. - 6 p.m.
This free concert and autograph session hosted by CMT's Lance Smith features Carter Twins, Eli
Young Band, Emerson Drive, Gloriana, Holly Williams and Joey & Rory. But the location is a secret. Watch
