Hosted by Nashville's Charles Esten, country music's biggest stars will shine during the 2017 CMT Music Awards live in Nashville on June 7 at 8/7c. Blake Shelton, Brett Eldredge, Luke Bryan and Jason Derulo, Miranda Lambert, Thomas Rhett, Florida Georgia Line and the Chainsmokers, Keith Urban and Carrie Underwood, Lady Antebellum and Earth, Wind & Fire, Little Big Town, Kelsea Ballerini, Brothers Osborne and Peter Frampton are scheduled to perform. Plus Brett Young, Jon Pardi, Lauren Alaina, Midland and Chris Lane will perform on the Firestone Stage. Additionally, CMT will honor the memory of the late Gregg Allman with special tribute performances by Jason Aldean, Darius Rucker and Lady Antebellum's Charles Kelley with guitarist Derek Trucks.
