The American Red Cross, a humanitarian organization led by volunteers and guided by its Congressional Charter and the
Fundamental Principles of the International Red Cross Movement, will provide relief to victims of disasters and help people
prevent, prepare for and respond to emergencies.

Trey Fanjoy - MusiCares
WINNER: VIDEO OF THE YEAR, VIDEO DIRECTOR OF THE YEAR
MusiCares provides financial assistance, confidential resources and a safety net of services to music people in times
of need. We offer support for a wide range of financial, medical and personal emergencies and treat each situation with integrity
and confidentiality. MusiCares also focuses the resources and attention of the music industry on human service issues that
directly impact the health and welfare of the music community.

Brad Paisley - The Shjon Podein Children's Foundation
WINNER: MALE VIDEO OF THE YEAR, COLLABORATIVE VIDEO OF THE YEAR, CMT PERFORMANCE OF THE YEAR
The mission of Team25 is to improve the quality of life and create an environment of caring and community support for
children facing extraordinary difficulties in their lives. The children, their families, our board and volunteers, sponsors

Rascal Flatts - Monroe Carrell Jr. Children's Hospital at Vanderbilt
WINNER: GROUP VIDEO OF THE YEAR
Monroe Carell Jr. Children's Hospital at Vanderbilt is a nationally ranked provider of pediatric health care with 222
beds dedicated to high-level care, sub-specialty treatment and trauma care. A place to hope and a place to heal, Children's

WINNER: DUO VIDEO OF THE YEAR

WINNER: COLLABORATIVE VIDEO OF THE YEAR
FiftyForward enriches the lives of adults 50+ by providing pathways to health, well-being and lifelong learning. Among
its services is Meals on Wheels, delivering nutritious noontime weekday and weekend meals to frail, homebound senior adults
in Nashville.

Zac Brown Band - The F. R. Carrick Institute for Children's Autism Research and Education
WINNER: USA WEEKEND BREAKTHROUGH VIDEO OF THE YEAR
Dedicated to finding the causes, cures and treatment for autism, ADD, and other learning disabilities in children. We
truly believe that through our vast research we will stop the epidemic of these disorders in children. Until they are stopped
completely, we will find non-medicated treatments that enable all children to live to their fullest potential.

Kid Rock - CMT One Country
WINNER: WIDE OPEN COUNTRY VIDEO OF THE YEAR
CMT One Country was created to inspire our viewers to take action in their own communities by demonstrating great acts

Established to preserve the memory of Jenifer Strait, the foundation accepts private donations which are placed in an
investment fund. Yearly earnings are then donated to various child-related charities.

Victory Junction seeks to enrich the lives of children with chronic medical conditions or serious illnesses by providing
life-changing camping experiences that are exciting, fun and empowering in a safe and medically sound environment.

Def Leppard - Create Now
Create Now transforms the lives of high-risk and at-risk youth through creative arts mentoring, education, resources
and opportunities. We serve troubled kids, ages 2-25, who come from poverty-stricken families with histories of violence,
substance abuse, or neglect and have served over 18,000 youths throughout Southern California in the last 13 years.

Julianne Hough - Susan G. Komen for the Cure

all 50 states and from around the world have come through the doors of St. Jude for treatment, and thousands more around the

Thistle Farms is a nonprofit bath and body care business that is run by the women of Magdalene, a residential community
for women who have survived lives of prostitution, violence and abuse. During their two-year stay, at no cost to the women,
we provide for their medical care, therapy, housing, education and job training through Thistle Farms. At Thistle Farms and
Magdalene, we operate on the principle that love is the most powerful force for social and individual change in the world.

Lady Antebellum - Mocha Club
Mocha Club is a an online community of people giving up $7 a month -- the cost of 2 mochas - to support relief and development
projects in Africa. Lady Antebellum and their fans are making an impact in Cape Town, South Africa, through a project called
Learn to Earn. In this area where up to 75 percent of people are unemployed, Lady A is helping provide job training and employment
opportunities.

Miranda Lambert - Humane Society of East Texas
The Humane Society of East Texas offers refuge, medical care, nourishment and opportunity for a second chance for life
to unwanted animals in our community, fosters a public sentiment of humanity and gentleness toward animals and encourages
and promotes responsible pet ownership.

Little Big Town - T.J. Martell Foundation
The T.J. Martell Foundation is a national nonprofit organization that supports innovative research for leukemia, cancer
and AIDS research through six top research hospitals in the United States.

Martina McBride - Childhelp
Childhelp has been a leading national nonprofit organization dedicated to helping victims of child abuse and neglect
and at-risk children. Childhelp’s approach focuses on advocacy, prevention, treatment and community outreach.

Reba McEntire - Smile Train
Smile Train is the world's leading cleft charity with thousands of partners and programs in 75 of the world's poorest
countries. Our mission is to help the more than 4.7 million children in developing countries who are suffering with unrepaired
clefts. We provide free cleft surgery to children from poor families that give children not just a new smile, but a new life.
Now in its 10th year, Smile Train will help its 500,000th child this year.

Montgomery Gentry - T.J. Martell Foundation
The T.J. Martell Foundation is a national nonprofit organization that supports innovative research for leukemia, cancer
and AIDS research through six top research hospitals in the United States.

Jake Owen - The Mardy Fish Foundation
The Mardy Fish Foundation, a 501(c)(3) corporation, was founded in 2006 and established to assist youth organizations
in Indian River County. The foundation has opened an after-school program that provides a place for children to go and partake
in various activities that will help them better themselves using sports, music, art and dance.

Kellie Pickler - Wounded Warrior Project
The mission of the Wounded Warrior Project is to honor and empower wounded warriors. Our purpose is to raise awareness
and enlist the public’s aid for the needs of severely injured service men and women, to help severely injured service members
aid and assist each other and to provide unique, direct programs and services to meet the needs of severely injured service
members.

Robert Plant - TurtleWill
TurtleWill is dedicated to the improvement of the lives of traditional peoples in Ethiopia, Mali and Niger in a manner
that is consistent with their traditions and cultures through locally driven projects that maintain choice. These remote areas
are often ignored by their own governments and are reached by the world's major humanitarian organizations only in times of
national catastrophes.

Rehab - Elton John AIDS Foundation
The Elton John AIDS Foundation's mission is to support innovative HIV prevention programs, support efforts to eliminate
stigma and discrimination associated with HIV/AIDS and direct care and support services for people living with HIV/AIDS. Since
