Susan G. Komen for the Cure® is the world's largest grassroots network of breast cancer survivors and activists fighting
to save lives, empower people, ensure quality care for all and energize science to find the cures. Thanks to events like the
Komen Race for the Cure®, nearly $1 billion have been invested to fulfill the promise to become the largest source of nonprofit
funds dedicated to the fight against breast cancer in the world.
Pencils of Promise
Pencils of Promise builds schools in the developing world and trains young leaders to take action at home and abroad.
The Monroe Carell Jr. Children's Hospital at Vanderbilt University
Monroe Carell Jr. Children's Hospital at Vanderbilt is nationally recognized as a leading provider of pediatric health
care services. Children's Hospital is ranked as one of the top 26 children's hospitals in the nation by U.S.News & World Report
magazine in the specialty areas of urology, neonatology, digestive disorders, orthopaedics and heart/heart surgery and is
ranked 15th in the nation by Parents magazine. A 238-bed facility, Children's Hospital provides the highest level of pediatric
care and is also a top-level teaching and research facility. Children's Hospital features centers of excellence for the treatment
of diabetes and congenital heart disorders, and offers treatment for cancer, organ and bone marrow transplants, level 1 pediatric

Shriners Hospitals for Children®
Shriners Hospitals for Children® is a health care system of 22 hospitals dedicated to improving the lives of children by
providing pediatric specialty care, innovative research and outstanding teaching programs for medical professionals. Children
up to age 18 with orthopaedic conditions, burns, spinal cord injuries and cleft lip and palate are eligible for care and receive
all services in a family-centered environment, regardless of the patients' ability to pay.

American Red Cross
American Red Cross shelters feed and provide emotional support to victims of disasters, supply nearly half of the nation's
blood, teach lifesaving skills, provide international humanitarian aid and support military members and their families. The
Red Cross is a charitable organization -- not a government agency -- and depends on volunteers and the generosity of the American
public to perform its mission.
The Toby Keith Foundation
The Toby Keith Foundation exists to encourage the health and happiness of pediatric cancer patients and to support OK Kids
Korral, a home-away-from-home for children undergoing treatment for cancer.
Mocha Club
Mocha Club is a new generation of activists giving up the cost of two mochas -- or $7 -- to support relief and development
work in Africa. Lady Antebellum and their fans are making an impact in Cape Town, South Africa, through a project called "Learn
to Earn." In this area where up to 75 percent of people are unemployed, Lady A is helping provide job training and employment
opportunities for those in need.
MuttNation Foundation
The foundation's mission is to raise funds through donations from the officers and directors of the foundation and the
general public, through direct donations, occasional benefit concerts, and other fundraising mechanisms in order to support
other organizations and governmental institutions or entities whose purpose is to build animal shelters for better care; increase
pet adoption and encourage responsible pet guardianship; rehabilitate sick or unsocialized animals; fund spay/neuter programs;
reduce/eliminate euthanasia of healthy animals; and train shelter dogs for purposes of therapy programs, assistance for wounded
military personnel and dogs-in-prisons programs.
It Takes a Community
Founded by rock musician Aaron Lewis of Staind and his wife Vanessa, the charity's focus is reviving rural communities
throughout the greater New England area. The charity will work with local leaders and community organizations who have firsthand
knowledge of the needs of their communities. It will strive to raise funds and support these community groups who strengthen,
engage and enrich the communities they are in, sustain diminishing public services and provide assistance to communities in
crisis. It will work to unite resources and ideas to help people and communities create a better tomorrow.

Blood:Water Mission is a grassroots organization that empowers communities to work together against the HIV/AIDS and water
crises in Africa.
American Diabetes Association
Our mission is to prevent and cure diabetes and to improve the lives of all people affected by diabetes.
North California Institute for Research and Education
NCIRE is the leading private nonprofit research institute devoted to veterans' health in the United States. Supporting
the work of hundreds of researchers and clinicians working collaboratively to address the health needs of veterans and active
duty military personnel, NCIRE stands at the forefront of a new global effort to understand and improve the health of those
who have served in uniform.
Childhelp
Childhelp exists to meet the physical, emotional, educational and spiritual needs of abused, neglected and at-risk children.

The mission of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, a nonprofit donor-supported organization, is to assure the development of
the means to cure and control cystic fibrosis and to improve the quality of life for those with the disease.
Waterkeeper Alliance
Waterkeeper Alliance connects and supports local Waterkeeper programs to provide a voice for waterways and their communities
worldwide. To champion clean water and strong communities, Waterkeeper Alliance supports and empowers member Waterkeeper organizations
to protect communities, ecosystems and water quality, promotes the Waterkeeper model for watershed protection worldwide and
advocates for issues common to Waterkeeper programs.
C.A.T.S. Foundation
Carrie Underwood established C.A.T.S. Foundation -- Checotah Animal, Town, and School Foundation -- to help with causes
in her hometown area of Checotah, Okla. "My hometown is extremely supportive of me and I feel blessed to be able to create
something as a way of giving back; to say thank you," said Underwood. Established in 2009, the C.A.T.S. Foundation will help
with general causes, needs and services in the area of Checotah to directly impact the community.

Built in honor of Adam Petty, Victory Junction provides life-changing experiences for kids with chronic medical conditions
or serious illnesses.
MusiCares Nashville Flood Relief Fund
The Recording Academy® and MusiCares® established the MusiCares Nashville Flood Relief Fund in response to the devastating
and profoundly life-altering effects of the floods that unexpectedly hit Nashville and its surrounding areas in May of 2010.
The MusiCares Flood Relief Fund provides assistance and support to music people in need. Funds are distributed within 48-72
hours covering the most immediate needs, including food and clothing, temporary housing, home repairs, gasoline and transportation,
clean-up efforts, relocation costs, instrument replacement, medicine and other critical supplies.
Diabetes Research Wellness Foundation
The mission is to help find the cure for diabetes, and until that goal is achieved, to provide the care and self-management
skills needed to combat the life-threatening complications of this terrible disease.
Boys & Girls Clubs of America
The organization helps to enable all young people, especially those who need it most, to reach their full potential as
productive, caring, responsible citizens.
