Entry Period: The "CMT Top Secret Recipe Lettuce Wrap" Sweepstakes (the "
Sweepstakes") commences at 12:00:01 PM Central Time ("CT") on December 1, 2011 and ends at 11:59:59 PM CT on December 9, 2011 (the "
Sweepstakes Period"). Entries must be received by 11:59:59 PM CT on December 9, 2011.

Sweepstakes Overview: There will be ten thousand (10,000) grand prize winners (each, the "
Grand Prize Winner" or, collectively, the "
Grand Prize Winners") randomly selected from among all Eligible Entries (as defined herein) received during the Sweepstakes Period. Odds of winning will depend on the total number of Eligible Entries (as defined herein) received during the Sweepstakes Period. Limit one entry per person during the Sweepstakes Period and limit one (1) Grand Prize (as defined herein) per individual.

Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open to individuals who (i) are legal residents of one of the United States or the District of Columbia, excluding New York and Florida; and (ii) are at least eighteen (18) years of age at time of entry. Entrants who have not reached the age of majority in the jurisdiction in which they reside will be required to obtain parental or legal guardian consent to be eligible to enter the applicable Sweepstakes. Employees and their immediate families (i.e., parents, spouses, children, siblings, grandparents, step parents, step children and step siblings, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) of Country Music Television, Inc. ("
CMT"), Viacom Media Networks, a division of Viacom International Inc. ("
VMN", and together with CMT, "
MTVN" or the "
Sponsor"), CMT's Top Secret Recipe, the series, including, without limitation, the host, actors, production teams, cast members, and anyone else affiliated with the creation thereof (collectively, "
Top Secret Recipe"), Chris Abrego Productions, LLC ("
ProdCo"), P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. ("
P.F. Chang's"), Facebook, Inc. ("
Facebook"), and each of their respective parent companies, affiliated companies, franchisees, licensees, sponsors, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, third party fulfillment agencies, respective agents, employees, officers, directors, members, successors, and assigns (collectively, with Facebook, P.F. Chang's, ProdCo, Top Secret Recipe, and MTVN or Sponsor, the "
Released Parties") are not eligible to enter this Sweepstakes. By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree: (a) to be bound by these Official Rules and by the interpretations of these Official Rules by Sponsor and by the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes; (b) to release and hold harmless the Released Parties against any and all claims, injury or damage arising, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, out of or relating to participation in this Sweepstakes and/or use or misuse or redemption of the Grand Prize (as hereinafter defined) (including any travel or activity related thereto); and (c) acknowledge compliance with these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.

http://www.facebook.com/CMT; (b) if you have not previously done so, "Like" the page through which you will be entering the Sweepstakes from at the Top Secret Recipe Facebook Page at
http://www.facebook.com/TopSecretRecipe or the CMT Facebook Page at
http://www.facebook.com/CMT (limit of one (1) total entry per person still applies); (c) click on the Sweepstakes tab and complete the entry form fully and accurately with all required information (which may include your full name and email telephone number and age); (d) agree to the Official Rules; and (e) submit the entry. By registering at entry site and entering Sweepstakes, you further agree to abide by and be bound by the Facebook, Inc.'s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, which can be found at

Except as otherwise stated in these Official Rules, information collected in connection with this Sweepstakes will be used in accordance with Sponsor's privacy policy located at

In the event of a dispute over who submitted a winning entry, the authorized subscriber of the e-mail account used to participate in the Sweepstakes at the actual time of entry, will be deemed to be the entrant and he/she must comply with these Official Rules. The authorized account subscriber is defined as the natural person who is assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g. business, education, institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. All entries submitted in accordance with these Official Rules shall be hereinafter referred to as "
Eligible Entries".
By entering this Sweepstakes, you acknowledge that this Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. Entrants are providing their information to CMT and not to Facebook. The information entrants provide will only be used in connection with the The "CMT Top Secret Recipe Lettuce Wrap" Sweepstakes unless entrants agree to receive additional information from CMT. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding this Sweepstakes should be addressed to CMT and not to Facebook.

Grand Prize Winner Selection/Notification: Ten thousand (10,000) Grand Prize Winners will be randomly selected by Sponsor before December 31, 2011, from all of the Eligible Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Each Grand Prize Winner will be sent his/her respective Grand Prize (as defined below) via the email address provided when entering this Sweepstakes.

Grand Prize: Ten thousand (10,000) randomly selected Grand Prize Winners shall receive one (1) P.F. Chang's coupon for a complimentary order of Lettuce Wraps with any food or drink purchase (the "
Grand Prize"). The approximate retail value ("
ARV") of each Grand Prize is $8.75, with the total ARV for all Grand Prizes totaling $87,500.00.
The Grand Prize ARV is subject to change based on current market conditions at time of Grand Prize fulfillment. Any difference between the stated ARV and the actual value, if any, will not be awarded. If for any reason any Grand Prize related event is delayed, cancelled or postponed, Sponsor reserves the right, but is not obligated, to cancel or modify the Sweepstakes in its sole discretion and shall award a prize of comparable or greater value, which may include, but is not limited to, a cash prize equivalent to the ARV of the Grand Prize, as applicable, as set forth in these Official Rules. Arrangements for fulfillment of the Grand Prizes will be made by P.F. Chang's. The date for fulfillment of the Grand Prizes will be before December 31, 2011, and such date is subject to change in Sponsor's sole discretion as applicable. All prize details are at Sponsor's sole discretion.

General Grand Prize Terms: All costs and expenses not specifically listed above are solely Grand Prize Winner's responsibility. The value of the Grand Prize may be taxable to Grand Prize Winner as income. Grand Prize Winner may need to supply Sponsor (or third party fulfillment agency on its behalf, if applicable) with his/her social security number for tax purposes. An IRS Form 1099 may be issued in the name of Grand Prize Winner for the actual value of the Grand Prize received. Upon entry into the Sweepstakes, Grand Prize Winner (as well as all other entrants) is required to comply with any and all applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations. All federal, state and local taxes are solely Grand Prize Winner's responsibility. Sponsor shall have no responsibility or obligation to Grand Prize Winner or potential Grand Prize Winner who is unable or unavailable to accept or utilize Grand Prize as described herein.
No substitution, transfer or cash equivalent of the Grand Prize or any portion thereof permitted, except by Sponsor, in which case a prize or portion thereof of comparable or greater value may be awarded.

General Terms: Noncompliance with these Official Rules may result in disqualification and all associated entries will be void. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY GRAND PRIZE WINNER OR ANY BEHAVIOR BY A GRAND PRIZE WINNER THAT WILL BRING SUCH GRAND PRIZE WINNER OR RELEASED PARTIES INTO DISREPUTE (IN SPONSOR'S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN SUCH GRAND PRIZE WINNER'S DISQUALIFICATION AS A GRAND PRIZE WINNER OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS A GRAND PRIZE WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.
Grand Prize Winner, by acceptance of the Grand Prize (except where legally prohibited), grants permission for Sponsor and its respective designees to use his/her name, address (city and state), photograph, voice and/or other likeness and prize information for advertising, trade and promotional purposes without further compensation, in all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide in perpetuity, without notice or review or approval. Released Parties assume no responsibility for late, lost, stolen, incomplete, inaccurate, damaged, garbled, misdirected, delayed or undelivered entries or votes; or for incorrect or inaccurate entry information whether caused by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Sweepstakes or by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in this Sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, cellular tower, computer online systems, cable, satellite, Internet Service Provider (ISP), wireless service provider, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or players on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, or any combination thereof, including, without limitation, any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this Sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible for any network, computer, typographical, printing, human or other error in the printing of any Sweepstakes-related materials, the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of the entries or votes, the tabulation of votes, or in the announcement of the Grand Prize and Grand Prize Winner. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes for any reason, and at any time, including, but not limited to, if the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including, without limitation, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes or amendment and/or adoption of new or existing laws and/or regulations regarding the administration, operation or any other aspect of sweepstakes in any jurisdiction, Sponsor reserves the right in their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend these Sweepstakes or modify the Sweepstakes or Official Rules. Should the Sweepstakes be terminated prior to the stated expiration date, notice will be posted on the Web Site and the Grand Prize may, in Sponsor's sole discretion, be awarded to Grand Prize Winner to be selected from among all non-suspect Eligible Entries received up until and or after (if applicable) the time of cancellation or termination or in a manner that is fair and equitable as determined by Sponsor. All interpretations of these Official Rules and decisions by Sponsor are final. No software-generated, robotic, programmed, script, macro or other automated entries by any means which subvert the entry process are permitted. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual (and void all associated entries and votes) they suspect or find: (i) to have used a software-generated, robotic, programmed, script, macro or other automated entry; (ii) to have tampered with the entry process or the operation of this Sweepstakes; (iii) to be acting in violation of these Official Rules; (iv) to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person; or (v) to have provided inaccurate information on any legal documents submitted in connection with this Sweepstakes. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
SWEEPSTAKES IS GOVERNED BY, AND WILL BE CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH, THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK. THE NEW YORK COURTS (STATE AND FEDERAL) SHALL HAVE SOLE JURISDICTION OF ANY CONTROVERSIES REGARDING THE SWEEPSTAKES. EACH ENTRANT WAIVES ANY AND ALL OBJECTIONS TO JURISDICTION AND VENUE IN THESE COURTS AND HEREBY SUBMITS TO THE JURISDICTION OF THOSE COURTS.
Entrants agree to indemnify and hold harmless Released Parties from any and all liability resulting or arising from participation in the Sweepstakes, to release all rights to bring any claim, action or proceeding against Released Parties, and hereby acknowledge that Released Parties have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the Grand Prize, including express warranties provided exclusively by a prize supplier that are sent along with the Grand Prize.
