1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN A PRIZE. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

2. Entry Period: The "Trailerhood" Treasure Hunt Sweepstakes (the "Promotion") commences at 12:00:01 PM (CT) on Mondays and ends at 11:59:59 PM (CT) on Sundays (the "Weekly Sweepstakes Period") commencing August 2, 2010 and ending August 29, 2010 (the "Promotional Period"). Entries must be received by 11:59:59 PM (CT) on each Sunday following the Monday of the respective Weekly Sweepstakes (as hereinafter defined) began.

3. Promotion Overview: This Promotion is made up of individual weekly sweepstakes (the "Weekly Sweepstakes") that will each take place during the Promotional Period. Winners will be randomly selected on Monday of each week during the Promotional Period from among all the correctly answered Eligible Entries (as hereinafter defined) that are received prior to each respective Monday deadline. Limit one (1) Weekly Prize (as defined herein) per individual. Odds of winning depend on the total number of correctly answered eligible entries received for each Weekly Sweepstakes.

Weekly Sweepstakes Periods - Each Weekly Sweepstakes starts and ends at the times listed in Section 2:

Week 1: Starts Monday, August 2, 2010-Ends Sunday, August 8, 2010-Drawing on or around Monday, August 9, 2010
Week 2: Starts Monday, August 9,, 2010-Ends Sunday, August 15, 2010-Drawing on or around Monday, August 16, 2010
Week 3: Starts Monday, August 16, 2010-Ends Sunday, August 22, 2010-Drawing on or around Monday, August 23, 2010
Week 4: Starts Monday, August 23, 2010-Ends Sunday, August 29, 2010-Drawing on or around Monday, August 30, 2010

One (1) winner will be selected from all of the correctly answered Eligible Entries received during each Weekly Sweepstakes (the "Weekly Winner" or "Weekly Winners"). After the Promotional Period, on or around September 3, 2010, one (1) winner will be randomly selected from all of the Weekly Winners (the "Grand Prize Winner") to receive the Grand Prize (as defined herein).

4. Eligibility: This Promotion is open to legal residents of the continental United States including Alaska and Hawaii. Entrants must be at least eighteen (18) years of age or older at time of entry. Entrants who have not yet reached the age of majority in the jurisdiction in which they reside will need to obtain permission from their parents/legal guardians in order to enter and be declared a Weekly Winner. Employees and their immediate families (i.e., parents, spouse, children, siblings, grandparents, step parents, step children and step siblings) of Country Music Television Inc.,, a MTV Networks, a division of Viacom International Inc. (collectively referred to herein as "MTVN"), Toby Keith ("Artist"), and Show Dog - Universal Music ("Show Dog"), Twitter ("Twitter") and each of their respective affiliated companies, sponsors, subsidiaries, advertising agencies and third party fulfillment agencies (collectively, with MTVN, Artist, Show Dog and, Twitter the "Sweepstakes Entities") are not eligible to enter Promotion. By participating in this Promotion, entrants: (a) agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the interpretations of these Official Rules by MTVN, and by the decisions of MTVN, which are final in all matters relating to the Promotion; (b) release and hold harmless Sweepstakes Entities and its respective agents, employees, officers, directors, successors and assigns, against any and all claims, injury or damage arising out of or relating to participation in this Promotion and/or use or misuse or redemption of a Prize; and (c) acknowledge compliance with these Official Rules.

5. To Enter: Visit CMT on www.twitter.com/FollowCMT, read the Promotion related tweet (you do not have to be a Twitter member to read these related tweets) (the "Weekly Question") and then click the link returning you to sweepstakes.cmt.com, a website owned and controlled by MTVN (the "Website"), at any time during the Promotional Period, correctly answer the related Weekly Question and then follow the online instructions to complete all required fields on the online entry form to complete your entry into each Weekly Sweepstakes. Entrants must also electronically acknowledge and agree to the terms of the Website's Privacy Policy and Terms of Use and these Official Rules when entering each Weekly Sweepstakes as instructed. All entries submitted under this paragraph 5(a) in accordance with these Official Rules shall be hereinafter referred to as "Online Entries". Limit one (1) entry per entrant per day. If an entrant uses multiple e-mail addresses to submit more than one online entry per day, only the first online entry will count. In the event of a dispute over who submitted a winning online entry, the authorized subscriber of the e-mail account used to participate in the applicable Weekly Sweepstakes at the actual time of entry will be deemed to be the entrant. The authorized account subscriber is defined as the natural person who is assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g., business, education, institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.

6. Prize Winner Selection/Notification: Four (4) Weekly Winners will be randomly selected on or around the dates as specified in Section 3 by MTVN, in MTVN's sole discretion, from the Eligible Entries received for each Weekly Sweepstakes throughout the Promotional Period. After the Promotional Period, one (1) Grand Prize Winner will be randomly selected on or around the date as specified in Section 3 by MTVN, in MTVN's sole discretion, from all of the Weekly Winners (Grand Prize Winner and, together with the Weekly Winners, referred to herein as the "Prize Winner(s)"). After each Weekly Sweepstakes, the pool of Eligible Entries is cleared out and new entries will be accepted for the next drawing. MTVN will make up to one (1) attempt over the twenty four (24) hour period following each Prize Winner selection to contact the potential Prize Winner via the telephone number(s) associated with his/her winning online entry. If a potential Prize Winner cannot be reached during the twenty four (24) hour period in which he/she is called (no messages will be left on answering machines or voicemail systems), such potential Prize Winner will be disqualified and an alternate Prize Winner will be randomly selected from among the remaining applicable Eligible Entries received. MTVN reserves the right not to award some or all of the prizes if MTVN determines, in its sole discretion, that an insufficient number of Eligible Entries were received during any Weekly Sweepstakes Period.

7. Prize Winner Verification: The potential Prize Winners must prove eligibility, including, without limitation, proof of age and residence within three (3) days of being notified as a potential Prize Winner. In the event of non-compliance by a potential Prize Winner, such potential Prize Winner shall be disqualified and all privileges otherwise due as a Prize Winner shall be terminated and an alternative potential Prize Winner may be chosen from among all of the remaining applicable Eligible Entries received in MTVN's sole discretion. The Prize Winner must sign (his/her parent/legal guardian must sign if potential Prize Winner is not the age of majority in the jurisdiction in which he/she resides) within three (3) days of receipt of such documents ("Deadline") from MTVN: (a) an affidavit of eligibility and release of Sweepstakes Entities and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents and members ("Releasees"), from any and all liability, loss, claims, demands, and causes of action for personal injury and/or damage, theft, loss, or any other harm suffered in connection with this Promotion or the use/misuse or acceptance of any Prize or any portion thereof to be eligible for the Prize; and (b) except where prohibited by law, a promotional release granting Sweepstakes Entities the right to use his/her name, voice and likeness for advertising and publicity purposes without additional compensation; and (c) any other documentation required by MTVN, including a W2 form and Prize Winner's social security number for tax purposes (collectively, the "Releases"). Entry into this Promotion constitutes agreement to sign such Releases. Prize Winner also must acknowledge that MTVN has not and will not obtain or provide insurance of any kind relating to the Prizes and that Prize Winner (his/her parent/legal guardian must sign if Prize Winner is not the age of majority in the jurisdiction in which he/she resides) will be responsible for obtaining and paying for any life, travel, accident, property or other form of insurance relating to the Prizes. Prize Winner must also complete any additional legal documents provided by MTVN (or third party on its behalf, if applicable) with respect to the Prizes and return them as instructed within the time frame specified by MTVN or Prize Winner may forfeit Prizes at MTVN's sole discretion. Failure to return all such documents and comply with Deadline, noncompliance with these Official Rules or the return of any Prize or Prize notification will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. All decisions of MTVN relating to the Promotion are final. MTVN expressly reserves the right to delay the announcement of the Prize Winners for creative or technical reasons or for any other reason MTVN deems necessary.

8. Prizes

Weekly Prize: There will be one (1) Weekly Winner for each Weekly Sweepstakes. Each Weekly Winner will receive the following which shall be selected by MTVN in its sole discretion: (a) one (1) Autographed Toby Keith "American Ride" CD; and (b) one Autographed Toby Keith photograph (collectively the "Weekly Prize").

Grand Prize: There will be one (1) Grand Prize randomly selected from the Weekly Winners. Winner of Grand Prize will receive the following which shall be selected by MTVN in its sole discretion: (a) one (1) Char-Broil Grill; (b) one (1) Toby Keith Red Apron; (c) one (1) bottle of Toby Keith Pepper Seasoning; (d) one (1) bottle of Toby Keith Salt Seasoning; (e) one (1) Red, White, and Blue Guitar autographed by Toby Keith; (f) two (2) Toby Keith Concert Tickets; and (g) two (2) Toby Keith Meet and Greet Passes (collectively the "Grand Prize") or together with the Weekly Prize, the "Prize(s)". MTVN is not responsible if potential Prize Winners are unable or unavailable to accept Prizes.

The Approximate retail value (the "ARV") of each Weekly Prize is $15.00, and the ARV of the Grand Prize is $421.00 and the aggregate ARV of all Prizes is $481.00 and is subject to change based on current market conditions at time of Prize fulfillment. Any difference between the ARV and the actual value, if any, will not be rewarded.

If for any reason any prize component is cancelled or postponed, or unable to be fulfilled, the Sweepstakes Entities reserve the right, but are not obligated, to cancel or modify the Sweepstakes in their discretion and may award a substitute prize of equal or greater value. Meet and Greet opportunity is subject to the availability of the artist(s) named, if named. In the event a Meet and Greet does not take place, there will be no replacement for this portion of the Grand Prize. The date for fulfillment of the Prizes will be no later than October 4, 2010, subject to programming requirements and such dates are subject to change in MTVN's sole discretion.

9. General Prize Terms: Arrangements for fulfillment of the Prizes will be made by Show Dog. All costs and expenses not specifically listed above, including, without limitation, any equipment to be used in connection with the Prizes are solely Prize Winner's responsibility. The value of the Prizes may be taxable to Prize Winner as income. Prize Winner must supply MTVN with his/her social security numbers for tax purposes. An IRS Form 1099 will be issued in the name of Prize Winner, or if a minor in the jurisdiction in which he/she resides, in the name of his/her parent or legal guardian, for the actual value of the Prizes received. Upon entry into the applicable Weekly Sweepstakes, Prize Winners (as well as all other entrants) are required to comply with any and all applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations. All federal, state and local taxes (if any), and any other costs and expenses associated with the Prizes not specifically provided for in these Official Rules, are solely the Prize Winners' responsibility. MTVN shall have no responsibility or obligation to Prize Winners or potential Prize Winners who are unable or unavailable to accept or utilize the Prizes as described herein. MTVN reserves the right not to award some or all of the Prizes if it determines, in its sole discretion, that an insufficient number of Eligible Entries were received during any of the Weekly Sweepstakes Periods.

10. General Terms: Noncompliance with any of these Official Rules may result in disqualification. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY A PRIZE WINNER OR ANY BEHAVIOR BY A PRIZE WINNER THAT WILL BRING SUCH PRIZE WINNER OR SWEEPSTAKES ENTITIES INTO DISREPUTE (IN MTVN'S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN SUCH PRIZE WINNER'S DISQUALIFICATION AS A PRIZE WINNER OF THE APPLICABLE WEEKLY SWEEPSTAKES AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS A PRIZE WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.

The Sweepstakes Entities assume no responsibility for incorrect or inaccurate entry information whether caused by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Promotion or by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in this Promotion. MTVN is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Promotion, or in the announcement of the Prizes and Prize Winners. If, for any reason, the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including, without limitation, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or any other causes beyond the control of MTVN which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, MTVN reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion. Should the Promotion be terminated prior to the stated expiration date, the Prizes may be awarded to a winner to be selected from among all Eligible Entries received up until and or after (if applicable) the time of modification, cancellation or termination or in a manner that is fair and equitable as determined by MTVN. All interpretations of these Official Rules and decisions by MTVN are final. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, MTVN RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. THE NEW YORK COURTS (STATE AND FEDERAL) SHALL HAVE SOLE JURISDICTION OF ANY CONTROVERSIES REGARDING THE PROMOTION AND THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK SHALL GOVERN THE PROMOTION. EACH ENTRANT WAIVES ANY AND ALL OBJECTIONS TO JURISDICTION AND VENUE IN THESE COURTS AND HEREBY SUBMITS TO THE JURISDICTION OF THOSE COURTS. Entrants agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sweepstakes Entities from any and all liability resulting or arising from the Promotion, to release all rights to bring any claim, action or proceeding against Sweepstakes Entities, and hereby acknowledge that Sweepstakes Entities has neither made nor is in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the Grand Prizes.

11. Entrant's Personal Information: Information collected from entrants is subject to the Website's Privacy Policy.

All requests for a copy of the Official Rules and for the name of Prize Winners must be made by October 4, 2010. Please note on the front left- hand corner of your outer envelope whether you are requesting "Official Rules" or the name of the "Prize Winner". Vermont residents may omit return postage if requesting a set of Official Rules.
