Chance McKinney teaches high school trigonometry and statistics at Kamiak High School in Mukilteo, a suburb of Seattle. Chance sites Alan Jackson as a major influence. He's had experience singing the baritone part in a Motown revue for seven years, as well as opening concerts for George Strait, Kenny Chesney, Gary Allan and Montgomery Gentry. Find out more.

Danny Hamilton

Born and raised in Torrance, Calif., Danny Hamilton was hit head-on by a truck at age 14 and told that he may never walk again. Stuck in a wheelchair, he picked up a guitar and taught himself to play. He attended his eighth-grade graduation in that wheelchair, and showed up on the first day of high school walking on his own only three months later. There he discovered classic rock and soon started writing his own music. His bluegrass tinged roots rock and country sound has garnered Danny nominations for male singer-songwriter of the year awards at the 2002 and 2005 Los Angeles Music Awards. Mumblefinger

Mumblefinger

Red Bluff, Calif.'s Mumblefinger started playing guitar and writing songs when he was 12. He played in local bands through high school. While playing throughout the Bay Area in the late '90s, Mumblefinger released three CDs on his own and opened shows for John Lee Hooker, Leon Russell and Roy Rogers. He later teamed up with legendary producer Barry Beckett (Dire Straits, Bob Dylan) who described Mumblefinger's music as "the best songs [he'd] heard in years." Angela Ragsdale

Angela Ragsdale

[Los Angeles based Angela Ragsdale comes from a large musical family of five brothers and five sisters. Her music career began as a teenager writing and performing songs with her siblings and playing venues such as the Hard Rock Café, the Whisky a-Go-Go and the Viper Room. In 2004, MTV filmed a TV pilot featuring actor Frankie Muniz and Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker at the Ragsdale family residence showcasing the musical talents of Ragsdale and her siblings. In 2007, she was voted a fan favorite in the L.A. radio station Star 98.7 Rock Star contest, and in 2009 she performed on the Universal City Walk as part of the Rock Star showcase. Her biggest musical influences are Johnny Cash and the Beatles. She currently works as a preschool student teacher. Watch her video "I Turn U Turn."
