1. PROGRAM DESCRIPTION: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m. (CT) March 18, 2004 and ends at 12:00 a.m. (CT) April 18, 2004 ["Sweepstakes Period"]. The Sponsors of this promotion are Country Music Television, an MTV Network, A Division of Viacom International, Inc., ["CMT" or "Sponsor"].

2. HOW TO ENTER: To enter online, go to www.CMT.com and follow the onscreen instructions to access the "CMT's Be Dolly's Guest at Dollywood Sweepstakes" ["Sweepstakes"]. Complete and submit the online registration form by filling out all the required fields. Incomplete or inaccurate online entry forms are void. Limit one (1) entry per person per 24-hour time period. If an entrant uses multiple email addresses to submit more than one (1) online entry for a given day during the Sweepstakes Period, only the first online entry for that respective day will be eligible for the Sweepstakes drawing. All online entries must be received by 12:00 a.m. (CT) April 18, 2004. All entries become the exclusive property of the Sponsor, and receipt of entries will not be acknowledged. Sponsor is not responsible for undeliverable, late, illegible, or incomplete entries. Entries that are incomplete, altered, forged or irregular in any way, or are otherwise not in full compliance with these Official Rules are void.

3. PRIZING:
A 3-day/2-night trip for winner and three (3) guests to join Dolly Parton, who is scheduled to appear at Dollywood's KidsFest event including:

1. Round-trip coach class tickets from a gateway airport to Knoxville, TN or at the sponsor's discretion, pay the winner $200 travel allowance if the winner resides within 150 miles of Pigeon Forge, TN;
2. 2-night accommodations at a vacation cabin;
3. An opportunity for winner and three (3) guests to attend a "Meet & Greet" with Dolly Parton, who is scheduled to appear ;
4. One Family season pass (2004) to Dollywood and Splash Country, if winner resides within 150 miles of Pigeon Forge, TN;
5. VIP passes for winner and three (3) guests to Dollywood (valid June 18-19, 2004);
6. VIP passes for winner and three (3) guests to Dollywood's 2004 KidsFest event with Dolly Parton as host; and
7. VIP seating for winner and three (3) guests at Dolly Parton's "Dixie Stampede".

Winner must travel on the dates June 18th -June 20th, 2004. If the winner is unable to travel during these travel dates, CMT reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to randomly select an alternate grand prize winner. All trip expenses not listed above are responsibility of the winner. The estimated retail value of the Grand Prize is $2,000.00. The actual retail value of this Sweepstakes depends on current existing market conditions at time of prize fulfillment. Some restrictions may apply.

4. WINNER SELECTION: Prize Winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor on or about April 19, 2004 from all eligible entries. Sponsor will be contacting the potential Grand Prize Winner by telephone between the hours of 9:00am and 1:00pm CT on April 19, 2004. If the potential Grand Prize Winner is unreachable, or if there is no response from the potential Grand Prize Winner (NO messages will be left on answering machines), an alternate Grand Prize Winner may be chosen, at Sponsor's sole discretion. If an alternate Grand Prize Winner is chosen, he/she will be selected randomly from the remaining Eligible Entries. Sponsor's decisions are final on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries. The specifics of all elements of any prize in the Sweepstakes shall be solely determined by Sponsor. Some restrictions may apply. No substitutions, transfers of the prize package permitted, except by Sponsor. The Grand Prize Winner must sign an affidavit of eligibility and release of Welk Music Group, Sugar Hill Records, Blue Eye Records, Dollywood, Dollywood's Splash Country, Dixie Stampede, other sponsors, CMT, MTV Networks, Columbia Broadcasting System (CBS), and Viacom International Inc. from any and all liability, claims, demands, and causes of action for personal injury and/or damage, theft, or loss suffered in connection with this promotion or the use or acceptance of any prize or any portion thereof to be eligible for the prizes; and (b) where permitted, a promotional release granting the right to use his or her name and likeness for advertising and publicity purposes without additional compensation; entry into this Sweepstakes constitutes the Winner's agreement to sign such release. The Winner must also complete all legal documents and return them to CMT within three (3) working days after receipt of such documents. Noncompliance will result in disqualification of the Winner and an alternate winner may be selected from among all remaining eligible entries, at CMT's sole discretion. The receipt by any Winner of any of the prize components of this Sweepstakes is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal, state and local laws and regulations. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY ANY WINNER (AT CMT's SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN SUCH WINNER'S DISQUALIFICATION AS WINNER OF CMT's "Be Dolly's Guest at Dollywood" Sweepstakes AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.

TThe specifics of all elements of any prize in the Sweepstakes shall be solely determined by CMT. Some restrictions may apply. All Federal, state and local taxes, and insurance costs, if any, related to the prize are the responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner. Arrangements for the fulfillment of prizes will be made by Welk Music Group on behalf of CMT. Winner must travel on dates specified by Sponsor (between June 18th-June 20th, 2004. If the winner is unable to travel during these travel dates, CMT reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to randomly select an alternate grand prize winner.

5. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.

6. ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States, who are 21 years of age or older at time of entry. VOID IN ALASKA, HAWAII AND WHEREVER PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW. Sweepstakes is not open to employees and immediate families and others living in the same household of Sponsor, CMT: Country Music Television, CMT.com, Viacom International Inc., Columbia Broadcasting System (CBS), Welk Music Group, Sugar Hill Records, Blue Eye Records, Dollywood, Dollywood's Splash Country, Dixie Stampede and other sponsors and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies, participating vendors, or any other company involved with the design, production, execution or distribution of the Sweepstakes as well as any person who has won a CMT: Country Music Television national Contest or Sweepstakes in the preceding 12 month period. This offer is void where prohibited and subject to all Federal, state and local laws and regulations. All entries become the property of Sponsor. Additional restrictions may apply.

7. CONDITIONS: By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants accept and agree to be bound by and acknowledge compliance with these Official Rules including all eligibility requirements and the decision of Sponsor. The Sponsor and its agencies assume no responsibility and shall not be responsible for lost, misdirected, or late entries, for printing errors in sweepstakes/advertising materials or for technical, hardware or software malfunctions, telephone network or line failures of any kind, lost or unavailable servers or providers, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled or delayed electronic communications, or combination thereof, including injury or damage to participants or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Sweepstakes, or by any human or mechanical error which may occur in the processing of the entries in this Sweepstakes. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned due to technical corruption of the online entry process, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes or for any reason deemed it necessary, Sponsor reserves the right at their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel the promotion or to randomly choose a Grand Prize Winner from the eligible entries received without notification. Entries that have been tampered with or altered are void. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of an Internet entrant, such entry will be deemed to be made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. Authorized account holder is deemed as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, service provider or the online organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addressed for the domain associated with the submitted email address. By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants and the Grand Prize Winner release the Sponsor, Welk Music Group, Sugar Hill Records, Blue Eye Records and their respective parents, partners, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, agents, employees, advertising agencies and all others associated with the development and execution of the Sweepstakes from and against any and all liability with respect to or in any way arising from the Sweepstakes and/or acceptance or use of any prize, including without limitation, liability for personal injury, damages or loss. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of this Sweepstakes is unlawful and subject to legal action by Sponsor or its agents.
