1. To Enter: Visit cmt.com between 12:01 a.m. (CST) on Monday, July 19, 2004 and 12:01 a.m. (CST) on Sunday, August 8, 2004 and complete the online entry form. Limit one sweepstakes on-line entry per day per person.

2. Winner Selection: One (1) grand prize winner and twenty (20) first prize winners will be selected in a random drawing held on or about Monday, August 9, 2004 from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

3. Winner Notification: The grand prize winner will be contacted by phone immediately after their name has been selected and will have 72 hours to answer the phone or be disqualified. CMT will make reasonable attempts to make phone contact. (No voicemail messages will be left. No emails will be sent.) The grand prize winner will be sent a declaration of eligibility/liability, publicity and guest/performer release, which must be returned within three (3) business days of receipt using the Airborne envelope enclosed for such purpose. If a person selected as the grand prize winner does not answer the phone during the 72-hour period, or otherwise fails to claim the prize or qualify for the prize as set forth in these rules, another grand prize winner will be selected from among the remaining eligible entries and notified as above. First prize winners will be sent a declaration of eligibility/liability and publicity, which must be returned within fifteen (15) business days of receipt using the Airborne envelope enclosed for such purpose. If a person selected as the first prize winner does not return the executed declaration of eligibility/liability and publicity release forms, or otherwise fails to claim the prize or qualify for the prize as set forth in these rules, another first prize winner will be selected from among the remaining eligible entries and notified as above.

4. Prize Winners: one (1) grand prize winner will receive two seats to the Jimmy Buffett 2004 License To Chill concert scheduled for Thursday, August 26, 2004 in Chicago. In addition, the grand prize winner will be called up "on-stage" to help perform background vocals on a Jimmy Buffett song. CMT, at its option, may pay the grand prize winner $500 in lieu of the grand prize winner going "on-stage" to help perform background vocals on a Jimmy Buffett song. The grand prize winner will also receive a trip for two to Chicago, IL. The trip consists of round trip coach class air transportation from major airport nearest winner's residence (CMT reserves the right to substitute ground transportation for air transportation if the prize winner resides within 150 miles of Chicago), deluxe hotel accommodations (one room, double occupancy) for three nights, $500 spending money and limo transportation to/from the Chicago airport and Chicago hotel and to/from Chicago hotel and the Jimmy Buffett 2004 License to Chill concert in Chicago on Thursday, August 26, 2004. The grand prize winner must travel on dates specified by CMT (Thursday, August 26th and Sunday, August 29, 2004). CMT, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to change the travel dates. If the grand prize winner is unable to travel during travel dates specified by CMT, CMT reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to randomly select an alternate grand prize winner or to elect to pay the grand prize winner a cash alternative of $3,000 (to be paid no later than September 30, 2004) in lieu of the grand prize winner receiving the Grand Prize. All trip expenses not listed above are the responsibility of the grand prize winner. If the grand prize winner does not notify CMT by 5 pm CST Monday, August 16, 2004 regarding his or her decision to accept either the trip or cash alternative, CMT at its sole discretion, may make a $3,000 lump sum payment to the grand prize winner no later than September 30, 2004 in lieu of the Grand Prize. (Approximate Retail Value of Grand Prize: $4,000). Twenty (20) first prize winners will each receive 10 different Jimmy Buffett Compact Discs (CDs) and one (1) official Jimmy Buffett 2004 License to Chill t-shirt and one (1) hat, and a one-year subscription (6 issues) to the CMT Country Music Today magazine (Approximate Retail Value: $200). The actual retail value of this Sweepstakes depends on the current existing market conditions at the time of prize fulfillment. Some restrictions may apply. Prizes are non-transferable. Only one prize per family or household is allowed.

5. Eligibility: Sweepstakes open to legal residents of the 50 United States and Washington, D.C., who are 21 years of age or older as of July 19, 2004. Subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations. Traveling companion must be 21 years of age or older as of July 19, 2004. Void in Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico and where prohibited or restricted by law. The following persons are not eligible: Employees (and their immediate family members) of Country Music Television, cmt.com, CMT Radio Network affiliates, MTV Networks, Viacom, CBS (collectively "Viacom Networks), Denny's Inc., Advance Stores Company, Incorporated (each a "Sponsor"), Jimmy Buffett and Mailboat Records, Inc., RCA Label Group,, a unit of BMG Music (collectively "Jimmy Buffet"), and TERRIFIC! Inc. (referred to herein as "GREAT!") and parent, affiliated companies and subsidiaries as well as any person who has won an MTV Networks and/or CMT: Country Music Television national contest or sweepstakes in the preceding 12 month period from the date of notification.

6. General: Taxes are the responsibility of the grand prize winner. The travel companion of grand prize winner must sign liability/publicity and guest/performer releases prior to travel. No substitution or transfer of prizes, except by CMT in the event an advertised prize is unavailable. (In the event that the Jimmy Buffett 2004 License to Chill concert does not take place on Thursday, August 26, 2004, CMT may substitute the August 28, 2004 concert date or pay the grand prize winner the approximate retail value of the Grand Prize and an additional $500. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these rules. Entrants agree to release, indemnify and hold harmless Viacom Networks, Sponsors, Jimmy Buffett, and GREAT! and each of their parents, affiliated and subsidiary companies and all of their officers, directors, employees, agents and contractors (collectively, the "Releasees") from and against any injuries, losses, damages, claims, actions, or any liability of any kind resulting from or arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, or use, of any prize. By participating in this Sweepstakes and/or accepting the prize, a participant/winner consents to and gives the Releasees the right to take photographs of the winner and the prize, and in perpetuity to use winner's/participant's name, picture/portrait, likeness, voice, statements submitted descriptive information, and biographical information in while or in part, as may be adapted, edited, or modified, as solely determined by Releasees for advertising, trade, publicity and promotional purposes in any media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide, and on the World Wide Web, without review, notification or approval, all without additional consideration, unless prohibited by law. In the event that the Sweepstakes is challenged by any legal or regulatory authority, CMT reserves the right to discontinue or modify the Sweepstakes, or to disqualify participants residing in the affected geographic areas. In such event, CMT shall have no liability to any participants who are disqualified due to such an action.

7. Internet: In the event of a dispute over who submitted a winning online entry, the grand prize will be awarded to the person whose name appears on the email account. Viacom Networks, Sponsors, Jimmy Buffet, and GREAT! are not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing or the announcement of the grand prize. Viacom Networks, Sponsors, Jimmy Buffet, and GREAT! are not responsible for lost, late, or illegible online entries or for electronic transmission errors of any sort that affect the operation of the Sweepstakes in any way or for any technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions or limitations of any kind including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer/software related or resulting from participation or downloading any material in this Sweepstakes. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned due to technical corruption of the online entry process, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the CMT which affect the administration, security, fairness integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, CMT reserves the right its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes and to randomly choose one (1) grand prize winner and twenty (20) first prize winners from the eligible entries received prior to modification or cancellation. Notification of changes will be posted on the website at cmt.com. ANY ATTEMPT BY A PARTICIPANT OR OTHER PERSON TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE cmt.com. LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, CMT RESERVES THE RIGHT, AT ITS SOLE OPTION AND IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION, TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY'S FEES) FROM ANY SUCH PARTICIPANT OR OTHER PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.
