1. TO ENTER: To enter online, go to www.CMT.com and follow the onscreen instructions to access the CMT's "Hello, I'm Dolly" Sweepstakes ["Sweepstakes"]. The Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 p.m. (CST) November 1, 2004 and ends at 11:59 p.m. (CST) November 28, 2004 ["Sweepstakes Period"]. Complete and submit the online registration form by filling out all the required fields. Participants must complete all required data requested on the entry form. Incomplete or inaccurate entry forms are void. Limit one entry per person per day. If an entrant uses multiple e-mail addresses to submit more than one online entry for a given day, only the first online entry for that day will count. By entering, participants acknowledge compliance with these official rules including all eligibility requirements.
2. INTERNET: In the event of a dispute over who submitted a winning online entry, the grand prize will be awarded to the person whose name appears on the email account. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing or the announcement of the grand prize. Sponsor will be contacting the potential Grand Prize Winner by telephone between the hours of 9:00am and 5:00pm CST on November 30, 2004. If the potential Grand Prize Winner is unreachable, or if there is no response from the potential Grand Prize Winner (NO messages will be left on answering machines), an alternate Grand Prize Winner may be chosen, at Sponsor's sole discretion. If an alternate Grand Prize Winner is chosen, he/she will be selected randomly from the remaining Eligible Entries. Sponsor's decisions are final on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries. The specifics of all elements of any prize in the Sweepstakes shall be solely determined by Sponsor. Some restrictions may apply. 4. WINNER NOTIFICATION: Winners will be contacted and qualified by phone immediately after their name has been selected. Those who accept their prize will be sent a declaration of eligibility/liability, publicity and guest/performer release, which must be returned within three (3) days of receipt using the DHL envelope enclosed for such purpose. If the person selected as a winner does not answer the phone during the foregoing described time frame, or otherwise fails to claim the prize or qualify for the prize as set forth in these rules, another prize winner will be selected from among the remaining eligible entries and notified as above.
5. PRIZING: One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a prize package (the "Grand Prize") consisting of:

6. Odds of winning will be determined by the total number of eligible entries received.
