1. PROGRAM DESCRIPTION: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m. (CDT) August 5, 2004 and ends at 11:59 p.m. (CDT) September 5, 2004 ["Sweepstakes Period"]. The Sponsor of this promotion is Country Music Television, an MTV Network, A Division of Viacom International, Inc. ["Sponsor"].
2. HOW TO ENTER: To enter online, go to www.CMT.com and follow the onscreen instructions to access the "CMT's Making Music with Ollabelle" Sweepstakes ["Sweepstakes"]. Complete and submit the online registration form by filling out all the required fields. Incomplete or inaccurate online entry forms are void. Limit one (1) entry per person per 24-hour time period. If an entrant uses multiple email addresses to submit more than one (1) online entry for a given day during the Sweepstakes Period, only the first online entry for that respective day will be eligible for the Sweepstakes drawing. All online entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. (CDT) on August 27, 2204. All entries become the exclusive property of the Sponsor, and receipt of entries will not be acknowledged. Sponsor is not responsible for undeliverable, late, illegible, or incomplete entries. Entries that are incomplete, altered, forged or irregular in any way, or are otherwise not in full compliance with these Official Rules are void.
3. PRIZING: GRAND PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize Winner will be awarded a prize package of an Epiphone AJ-15 acoustic guitar autographed by the band.
The total Estimated Retail Value of all prizes is: $500.00.
4. WINNER SELECTION: Prize Winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted by MTV Networks on or about September 6, 2004 from all eligible entries. Sponsor's decisions are final on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries. The specifics of all elements of any prize in the Sweepstakes shall be solely determined by Sponsor. Some restrictions may apply. No substitutions, transfers of the prize package or cash alternative permitted, except by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. All Federal, state and local taxes, and insurance costs, if any, related to the prize are the responsibility of all Prize Winners. Prizes will be shipped to Prize Winners prior to October 6, 2004 to the address supplied on the sweepstakes entry form.
5. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.
6. ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States, who are 16 years of age or older at time of entry. Sweepstakes is not open to employees and immediate families and others living in the same household of Sponsor, Administrator, CMT: Country Music Television, CMT.com, Viacom International Inc., Columbia Broadcasting System (CBS), and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies, participating vendors, or any other company involved with the design, production, execution or distribution of the Sweepstakes as well as any person who has won an MTV Networks and/or CMT: Country Music Television national Contest or Sweepstakes in the preceding 12 month period.
