Tracy Byrd and his wife, Michelle, are stranded in Honolulu away from their children, Evee and Logan. The Byrds were celebrating their 10th wedding anniversary in Maui and were due to return to their Beaumont, Texas, home Thursday (Sept. 13). "We just performed at the World Trade Center on August 16," the singer said, "and events like this are mind boggling and put into perspective real quick the fragility of human life. My prayers are with our country and with President Bush and his staff that we'll take the right steps to give the ones responsible for this what they deserve." 09/13/01
