Billy Gilman will be among the musical performers appearing Thursday (Nov. 22) as part of NBC’s coverage of the 75th Anniversary Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade in New York City. The show airs from 9 a.m. to noon in each time zone in the country, immediately following Today. The parade’s theme is “America’s Homecoming.” Billy Ray Cyrus will be aboard the U.S. Mint float. He’ll sing “We the People,” the song used by George W. Bush during last year’s presidential election. It is not clear whether he will be part of televised coverage. 11/21/01
