Jeff Carson’s ‘Back’

Jeff Carson will be released Friday (Feb. 8) from Nashville’s Vanderbilt University Medical Center. Tests revealed a fracture of the sixth vertebra, but no surgery is required. Carson will, however, wear a turtle-shell brace for approximately six to 12 weeks. His Tuesday (Feb. 12) appearance at the Wildhorse Saloon in Nashville has been cancelled. 02/08/02
