Marty Stuart was arrested early on Tuesday (April 2) in Hendersonville, Tenn., and charged with DUI. Hendersonville police said Stuart, 43, who lives in Hendersonville, was picked up at 12:12 a.m. and charged with one count of DUI and one count of violation of the implied consent law. Police said a call came in to them reporting that Stuart had been seen intoxicated in a local retail store. He was the only occupant of a 1989 Cadillac. Stuart is due to appear in General Sessions Court at 9 a.m. on April 23. 04/02/02
