Jo Dee Messina kicks off her Christmas tour in Lowell, Mass., on Friday (Nov. 29), with tour dates extending through Dec. 21. Messina helped design a three-dimensional “living set” that is enhanced by the use of videos and still photos. Holiday ornaments made by Messina and a group of Nashville sixth-graders will also decorate a holiday tree on stage. “I’m hoping to make the show as magical as the holiday,” Messina tells CMT.com. Those attending her shows are also encouraged to bring a new, unwrapped toy for the U.S. Marines’ Toys for Tots program. Messina’s holiday album, A Joyful Noise, is now in stores. 11/26/02
