Trace Adkins has completed a 28-day alcohol rehabilitation program at Cumberland Heights Alcohol & Drug Treatment Center near Nashville. Adkins voluntarily entered the in-patient program in December. In a prepared statement, Adkins said, “The program was an extremely positive experience for me. This is something I needed to do for myself, my family and my career. I feel the best I've felt in years, both physically and mentally. I’m focused and ready for the new year and the challenges that lie ahead.” Adkins was arrested for DUI in July 2001 and later pleaded guilty to the charge. 01/21/03
