Raybon Releases Solo Album

Marty Raybon, who led the group Shenandoah for most of the 1990s, releases his first solo bluegrass album on Tuesday (March 11). Raybon grew up playing bluegrass in a family band before moving to Nashville. Speaking about the album, Full Circle, Raybon tells CMT.com, “It means blazing a new path in my life musically, a return to something that I’ve loved all my life. To say that I’m excited would even be a lack of enthusiasm on my part.” Raybon appears on Grand Ole Opry Live on Saturday (March 15). 03/11/03
