Lonestar Perform at Camp Lejeune

Lonestar appeared in front of 20,000 U.S. military troops, their families and President Bush during a Thursday morning (April 3) rally at Camp Lejeune, N.C. Lonestar performed the national anthem and several of their hits during a 20-minute concert that took place prior to Bush’s speech. After posing for photos with the band, Bush joked, “I’m going to put this on my next album.” Lonestar will perform for troops in the weeks to come, including a May 17 event at Fort Huachuca in Arizona and a May 30 concert at Norfolk Naval Base in Virginia. 04/03/03
