Wilkinsons Break Record!

New Giant Records' recording artists The Wilkinsons have kicked off the release of their debut single "26-cents" in grand style as first week radio playlist adds land them the position of highest single debut on Radio & Records country singles chart. The single hit the chart at No. 37, beating the 1991 record set by Tracy Lawrence's "Sticks and Stones by seven positions. The Wilkinsons are the first group made up of family members to chart since the Grand Ole Opry mainstays The Whites in April, 1989. The Wilkinsons is comprised of father Steve, 16-year-old daughter Amanda and 14-year-old son Tyler.
