Those country guitarists who recently made the nominee list for the 1999 Orville H. Gibson Guitar Awards, slated for February 23rd at the Hard Rock Cafe in Los Angeles, include: Steve Wariner, Randy Scruggs and Ricky Skaggs for Best Country Guitarist (Male), and Deana Carter, Terri Clark and Kelly Willis for Best Country Guitarist (Female).
