Rogers, Kragen Settle Legal Dispute

Kenny Rogers has settled his lawsuit against former manager Ken Kragen, who guided the country star’s career for 33 years. Until he was dismissed in January, Kragen served as president of Dreamcatcher Management, a division of Rogers’ label, Dreamcatcher Records. In a lawsuit filed in Davidson County [Tenn.] Circuit Court on March 6, Rogers claimed Kragen lured RCA Records teen trio 3 of Hearts away from Dreamcatcher Management to Kragen’s own management company. Terms of the settlement were not disclosed.
