Elvis To Perform

Country singer/songwriter Ronnie McDowell's "The King Is Gone" may have been a hit in 1977, but not necessarily accurate. On a 20 x 30-foot screen, the "King" can now be caught in concert along with a live show from his legendary back-up band J.D. Sumner & The Stamps, among other Elvis career contributors, performing down below. Entitled Elvis -- The Concert, the show utilizes interactive video technology and will hopefully turn into a full-swing tour this summer. The show is currently in the midst of an 8-city test-market tour. "The best thing I have to say about it is it's as close to an Elvis concert as you're ever going to get," reports drummer Ron Tutt, a former band member of Presley's during the 70s.
