Alan Jackson performs tonight (Jan. 27) on the stage of Nashville's historic Ryman Auditorium. His appearance will be part of Grand Ole Opry Live at 8 p.m. ET/PT. The Opry continues its limited run at the Ryman through February. Jackson will embark on a short solo tour beginning Tuesday (Jan. 30) in Albany, N.Y., before hooking up with the George Strait Country Music Festival at the end of March. Also slated for tonight's televised Opry segment are Martina McBride, Kenny Chesney, Lee Greenwood and a cappella gospel favorites the Fairfield Four. Cast members George Hamilton IV and Jeanne Pruett round out the lineup.
