The Warren Brothers have issued a formal apology for their scuffle in June with a manager at Nashville’s Wildhorse Saloon. Brother duo Brett and Brad Warren got into a fight with Tim Hatfield backstage following a show at the club during Fan Fair Week 2000. During court-ordered mediation, the Warrens agreed to apologize in a press release that reads: “The Warren Brothers would like to retract publicly any disparaging remarks either made or inferred regarding Tim Hatfield’s character and would like to sincerely apologize for the incident.” Charges are expected to be dropped during a Jan. 23 court date, according to the duo’s spokeswoman. The Warren Brothers’ latest single, “Move On,” is now at No. 26 on the Billboard country singles chart. The duo, which recently wrapped up an opening stint on the Tim McGraw/Faith Hill Soul 2 Soul Tour, recently signed with booking agent Creative Artists Agency (CAA.) The band is planning a club tour for 2001.
