Country star Billy Ray Cyrus continues to take on a bit of acting on the side as he's set to play a gunrunner that's hired by the CIA. Cyrus takes on the role in an upcoming video-release-only movie entitled Radical Jack. The movie reportedly takes place in an Iran-Contra era setting.
