The Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum will present music, storytelling, readings, and hands-on craft activities as part of a Holiday Family Open House from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. on Dec. 16. Live music will include performances by children’s performer-storyteller “Grand Bob,” songwriter Jeff Pearson, the Madrigal Singers from the Nashville School of the Arts, Grammy-nominee Ginger Sands, and a sing-along with The Jingle Bells. Hatch Show Print staff will be on hand with a selection of historic, hand-carved wooden blocks to help museum visitors craft holiday cards or ornaments. Decorative materials will be available for designing gingerbread cookies, and alternative country costume designer Katy K, in full regalia, will read a holiday story. Cookies and hot chocolate will be served. Admission is free and open to the public.
