Garth Brooks and his record label, Capitol Nashville, are producing a 90-minute radio show to offer to country radio stations. The special, titled Wild Horses, features Brooks talking about his favorite album cuts from his first six releases, which were re-issued to retail outlets last week. Each re-issue includes special edition packaging and a bonus cut that wasn’t included on the original version. “This is a way for me to go back and shed some light on some great songs on those albums that for one reason or another were never singles,” Brooks said in a news release. “As a fan of those songs and their writers, I’m very proud to do that.” Fans can listen for the show to air on local stations between Dec. 15 and Jan. 15, 2001.
