Country legend Merle Haggard was forced to cancel his scheduled appearance at the Red River Music Festival recently in Texas because of a gum infection. Festival organizers opted to postpone the show for two weeks. “There’s no sense in the festival going on without Merle,” says a festival representative.” PLUS!
