McGraw Ends New Year's Streak
For the first time in four years, Tim McGraw won't be ringing in the new year in downtown Nashville. A McGraw rep confirmed Wednesday (Nov. 15) that the singer won't play a New Year's Eve show at the Gaylord Entertainment Center. Instead, the Soul 2 Soul tour with McGraw and wife Faith Hill will end Dec. 12 in Orlando. McGraw plans to spend the holiday relaxing with his family, a rep said. In past years, the perennially sold-out New Year's Eve bash has featured McGraw, Hill, Jessica Andrews, Dixie Chicks and the Wilkinsons. McGraw last performed in Nashville in April with the George Strait Music Festival.
