Details are still being withheld, but a close source has confirmed that banjomaster and Country Music Hall of Famer Earl Scruggs is recording an album. Word of the project leaked out today when actor/writer/picker Steve Martin said in a radio interview that he would be recording with Scruggs on his classic "Foggy Mountain Breakdown." The album will not be on Columbia Records, the source says.
