It's been seven years since Naomi Judd retired from recording and touring with daughter Wynonna. When the new year kicks in, however, the twosome will regroup for a performance that's long been rumored. The Judds will reunite for a New Year's Eve concert in Phoenix, Arizona. "This is the millennium," explained Naomi during a recent Las Vegas press conference, "and none of us will ever see this again. We want it to be one of the most special nights of people's lives."
