Chicks Join Eagles at Benefit Concert

The Dixie Chicks conclude their roadwork on Oct. 12 in Washington, D.C. when they join the Eagles in co-headlining a benefit concert for the Recording Artists’ Coalition. Both bands are expected to perform their full concert sets during the show at the MCI Center. The RAC is a nonprofit, non-partisan coalition formed to represent the interests of recording artists in legislative issues that present potential conflicts between artists and record companies. Currently in Europe for their Top of the World tour, the Dixie Chicks perform Monday (Sept. 8) in Hamburg, Germany before heading to the United Kingdom for concerts later this week in Birmingham, Manchester and London. 09/08/03
